Find your new home

Come for a viewing
Once you've found a property you like, simply send a request via the listing and fill out a short survey that will be emailed to you. We'll then contact you to arrange the next steps. During the viewing, we'll be happy to show you the apartment. Don't hesitate to prepare any questions you might have—we understand this is an important decision.We want you to make the right choice, and we see it as our pleasant duty to clarify everything you need to know to help you choose your next home with confidence.
Reserve the property
Did the property catch your interest during the viewing? We're very glad to hear that! Simply contact the colleague you went with. If the property is still available and no other candidate has been selected, you will then be asked to provide the necessary documents for the next steps. We will carefully review everything, and afterwards all that will remain is the electronic signature of the reservation agreement and the payment of the reservation deposit.
Sublease agreement and payments
The next step is the preparation of the sublease agreement and the related attachments. Depending on when the agreement becomes effective, the method and date of signing will be arranged with you. If the move-in date is soon, the signing will take place during the handover of the apartment. If the agreement takes effect later, the signing will be done electronically in advance. As a general rule, upon moving in, both the first rent payment and the security deposit must always be paid in full. If the agreement is signed electronically in advance, it is often our requirement that the security deposit will be paid immediately after the signing of the contract, and not only upon handover of the property.
Handover of the property
Our coordinator will arrange an appointment with you directly at the apartment. Once the agreement has been signed and the payments settled, the actual handover of the property and the keys takes place. During the handover, we carefully photograph the condition of the property and sign the handover protocol. We aim to capture the condition as carefully as possible, but please don't hesitate to request that any detail be recorded to avoid any doubts later about the state in which you received the property.
You're home
At the handover, you received all the necessary information, complete access tools (keys, chips, etc.), the signed contractual documentation, and a handbook. From this moment, you officially become our new tenant. The apartment is now yours – you can finally move in and start enjoying your new home. As you can see, the process is very simple and efficient for the client.

Utility transfers
For most of our properties, utilities are transferred directly to the tenant. You don't need to worry about a thing – we will handle everything on your behalf. The process takes approximately 2 months, and once the transfer is complete, we will notify you in writing. Energy bills will then be sent to you directly by the supplier, and in their online portal you will also be able to view an overview of all your advance payments.
Property inspections
A property inspection is required every six months. These inspections give us an opportunity to check in with you about your living experience while also reassuring the property owner that everything is in order. Don't worry – the inspection won't take much of your time and is usually carried out remotely using photos you provide. If necessary, we can arrange an in-person inspection, always of course with you present.
