CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

DESIRE RENT s.r.o., PSRN: 064 47 996, having its registered office at the address: Saldova 476/9, Praha 8, Czech Republic (hereinafter the “Company”), hereby informs on the fundamental rules and principles according to Art. 13 et seq. of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter the “General Data Protection Regulation”), pursuant to which the Company handles personal data of visitors of the web-site www.dokonalynajemnik.cz, who provide their personal data to the Company,  by filling-in one of the contact forms posted on this web-site (hereinafter the “Data Subject”).

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

As an Administrator of Personal Data (hereinafter the “Administrator”), the Company processes and keeps personal data of Data Subjects subject to the terms and conditions, and to the extent set forth by the applicable laws, including cl. 1(a) of Art. 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. in accordance with the consent of the Data Subject to the processing of his/her personal data.

Data Subjects shall provide their personal data to the Administrator by filling-in one of the contact forms posted on the web-site www.dokonalynajemnik.cz (hereinafter the “form”), for one or more of the following purposes:

• Data Subject desires the Data Administrator to contact him/her and offer the suitable option for leasing or viewing real estate;
• Data Subject desires the Administrator to answer his/her questions;
• Data Subject desires to be registered in the Administrator’s Partner Program;

 

VOLUME OF PERSONAL DATA BEING PROCESSED

The following personal data of Data Subjects shall be processed: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, information on real estate.

TIME OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data shall be processed for such period of time, as is required to ensure mutual rights and obligations of the Data Subject and the Administrator after disclosure of personal data by the Data Subject.

Administrator shall provide the Data Subject with the following contact details for communication of the Data Subject with the Administrator:

INFORMATION ON THE POTENTIAL RECIPIENTS AND SUPPOSED TRANSFER OF INFORMATION

Personal data provided by the Data Subject via the contact form of the Administrator shall not be disclosed to any individual or legal entity, government authority or any other person (hereinafter the “recipient”), and shall not be disclosed to third parties, except:

• to the extent where required, the Administrator shall provide personal data to Czech police or other government authorities only for the purpose of performing their statutory duties.

The Administrator has no intention to transfer personal data of the Data Subject to a third party or an international organization.

OTHER INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data of the Data Subject shall be processed automatically and manually in the electronic format.

Personal data of the Data Subject shall not be processed by the data processor.

Data Subject shall have the right to ask the Administrator to provide information on the processing of his/her personal data.

Data Subject shall have the right to ask the Administrator to correct inaccuracies of personal data related to him/her without undue delay. In view of the purposes of processing, Data Subject shall have the right to supplement any incomplete personal data, in particular by making an additional statement.

Data Subject shall have the right to ask the Administrator to delete personal data related to the Data Subject without undue delay. The Administrator shall be obliged to delete personal data without undue delay, if any reason set out in the General Data Protection Regulation is specified.

Data Subject shall have the right to ask the Administrator to restrict the processing of personal data in the cases provided for by the General Data Protection Regulation.

Data Subject shall have the right to object to the processing of any personal data related to him/her, if the Administrator processes personal data for the following reasons:

• processing is required for the task performed in the public interest or for the exercise of official powers imposed on the Administrator,
• processing is required for the legitimate interests of the Administrator or a third party
• for the direct marketing purposes
• for scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes.

Data Subject shall have the right to obtain personal data relating to him/her, which were provided by him/her to the Administrator, in the structured commonly used machine-readable format, as well as the right to transfer such data to the other Administrator, without any objections of the transferring Administrator in the cases provided for by the General Data Protection Regulation.

If the processing of personal data is based on the consent to the processing of personal data provided by the Data Subject, the Data Subject shall have the right to revoke such consent at any time.

If the Data Subject believes that a law was violated due to the protection of his/her personal data, he/she shall have the right to file a complaint with the regulatory authority. The Personal Data Protection Department shall be the control body in the Czech Republic.
